Hello~ Welcome to Amanda’s Catering where we are crazy about preparing incredibly tasteful cuisine along with an unforgettable experience! Your special event is all about you and your guests. Amanda will work personally with each and every host in customizing menus that fit their every taste. We are a family owned business run by Amanda & sons Nik & Nate and her Mother Linda who can run circles around the entire staff.
Amanda has worked in the culinary industry for 30 years, she started out as a banquet manager and found her way into the kitchen where her true passion & talents lie. Amanda had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the countries top chefs and culinary experts from Chicago to Miami. Since she could speak the words “Carolina” she has yearned to live in the Tar Heel State. Now living her dream here in Western Carolina, her and her staff would love to fulfill your dreams as well!

I used Amanda for my rehearsal dinner at the Vineyards at Betty’s Creek in Sylva, NC. Amanda was easy to work with and overall flexible yet detail oriented. We met with Amanda for a tasting and she slayed it. Everything from the apps to the dinner tasted fantastic! Amanda came with a full energy crew and clearly cared about us as a couple and our guests, respected our event, and truly presented her product impressively. We received lots of compliments about her food and staff.
The staff made everything look gorgeous without us lifting a finger. I appreciated Amanda’s style of pricing. She was able to quote us everything included in a way that it didn’t feel like we were getting nickled and dimed. She also provided detailed menus in the event we wanted to provide a menu.
