Amanda brings over 30 years of culinary experience. Classically trained in the field, she’s worked everywhere from large-scale upscale banquet management to the kitchens of high-end venues, learning from renowned chefs along the way. But her true passion lies in the back of the house — crafting dishes, developing flavors, and building menus that make every event unforgettable.
Everything is made from scratch in our fully certified commercial kitchen, built into the lower level of our home (yes made the impossible possible) — complete with a commercial hood, suppression system, and the professional equipment needed to handle events of every size. Amanda has a knack for tuning in to what clients love, often crafting custom menus that feel personal, exciting, and entirely their own. Every dish is bold, beautiful, and full of flavor — the kind that lingers long after the last bite.
And none of it would’ve been possible without love, faith, and the grace of God guiding every step.
